State Charter Accountability

The SCSC conducts performance evaluations of all state charter schools to measure progress in the areas of academic achievement, operational compliance, and fiscal managment.  These performance evaluations have two components: annual reviews and comprehensive five year reviews.  For in-depth information on how state charter school performance is assessed, please review the SCSC's Performance Review process.

In an effort to provide stakeholders with transparent and accessible accountability data, the SCSC has developed a comprehensive performance framework (CPF) that assesses a school's overall academic, operational, and financial status on an annual basis. Please see the link to the left for more information and updated CPF results for each state charter school.
