Please note that failure to give permission to share details from you complaint may limit our ability to successfully resolve your complaint.
As a state government agency, complaints submitted to the State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia are subject to the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et seq). This means that the information contained in your complaint may be shared in response to an open records request.
