FY23 Replication Timeline & Letter of Intent

FY23 charter replication petitioners must submit a fully executed SCSC Letter of Intent (LOI) as a prerequisite to receiving and submitting a charter replication application. The LOI is available here:  Download this pdf file. SCSC Letter of Intent .

SCSC staff will conduct abbreviated reviews of replication petitions. Although the replication timeline is flexible, recommendations to approve or deny petitions will occur as early as possible. 

  • December 12, 2022 (11:59 pm): Letters of Intent are due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2022. The SCSC will disseminate replication petitions to applicants that timely submit an SCSC Letter of Intent.
  • January 2, 2023 - July 14, 2023 (5:00 PM): Submission Window 

For petitioners that timely submit an SCSC LOI, the  SCSC will begin accepting replication petitions on January 2, 2023. Replication applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through the application deadline, July 14, 2023. Petitions received after the application deadline will not be considered by the SCSC for the FY23 replication petition cycle.  

Capacity interviews for eligible replication petitioners will be scheduled on a rolling basis.
