Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption by the State Charter Schools Commission Board. Prior to adoption, rules must be formally initiated and submitted for a public review period of at least 30 calendar days.

Rules currently being considered are listed in the rules packet below. The rules packet includes the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and a synopsis and exact copy of the proposed or amended rule. Electronic feedback can be provided in the form below, and details on how to provide feedback via U.S. mail and phone, along with details on how to provide feedback in person at the SCSC Board meeting, can be found in the rule packets.
