Annie Chen

Financial Operations Manager

As Financial Operations Manager, Ms. Chen oversees the planning and organization of the financial assessment and monitoring of charter schools. She works closely with the SCSC's Senior Director of Finance to develop and maintain purchasing and procurement systems, manage budgets and grants as well as fiscal monitoring.

Ms. Chen brings a wealth of experience in finance, operations, and grant management from both the private and public sectors. Before joining the SCSC, she served as Director of Operations for the State Charter Schools Foundation of Georgia and as Business Manager for a state charter school.

Ms. Chen holds a BBA in International Business and Finance and an MBA from Mercer University.
