Proposed Rulemaking Procedures
Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption, amendment, or repeal by the State Charter Schools Commission (SCSC) Board. Before taking action, rules must be formally initiated and made available for public review for a minimum of 30 calendar days.
The rules currently under consideration are listed below. The Rule Packets include the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, a synopsis, and a copy of the rule up for action.
You may submit feedback electronically using the form below. Instructions for submitting feedback by mail, phone, or in person at the SCSC Board meeting are included in each rule packet.
