FY26 Start-Up Charter School Petition Application - Deadline Extended

The State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia is now accepting petition applications for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 start-up charter schools. We're seeking qualified petitioners ready to provide innovative, high-quality educational opportunities for Georgia's students.

Application Process

All prospective petitioners must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) before accessing the full application.
