Amended Notice of Proposed Rulemaking – November 4, 2025
Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption, amendment, or repeal by the State Charter Schools Commission (SCSC) Board. Before taking action, rules must be formally initiated and made available for public review for a minimum of 30 calendar days.
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-13-4, all interested parties are notified that the State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia (SCSC) has initiated rulemaking procedures to adopt, repeal and/or modify the below Rules Packets. The Rule Packets include the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, a synopsis, and a copy of the rule up for action.
UPDATE
The SCSC hereby notifies all interested parties that the SCSC will consider the adoption, repeal, and/or modification of the below rules at its meeting on December 10, 2025.
